From the very beginning, I wanted to make this little business as sustainable as possible, and keep doing my bit for this beautiful planet. I still wonder why there's so much plastic out there, especially when there are so many other alternatives available.
Doing my bit
Sustainability is one of Lib's Aromatherapy's core values, so I will continue to do my bit to help this fragile planet, in business, as I do in my personal life. I source only the best materials I can, that can be disposed of in the most eco-friendly way and without causing further harm to the environment or to ourselves.
Soy Wax
I love using Soy wax because it's so nice to work with, but also because it is 100% natural. I use only GM-free, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free soy wax.
I do not use additives to change the wax's natural effects, like most chandlers out there. I do not use dyes or synthetic fragrance oils in any of my products, because I want to create a purely natural candle. Soy wax is carbon-neutral, completely renewable, and has no negative impact on the environment.
Pure Essential Oils
My products are all to do with Aromatherapy and well-being, so only pure essential oils are used. I do not use Fragrance Oils. This is because I want to create an all natural product with the purest of aromas, full of all the benefits and therapeutic properties they hold. The Essential Oils I use have also been confirmed as vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and GMO-free.

Avoiding plastic
I hate plastic and what it has done, and can do to our environment.
There is way too much of it in the world, and it's completely out of control. So, I have always steered well clear of using plastics as a packaging material for my products (unless there really is no other alternative, which I haven't come across yet and is very rare nowadays).
At Lib's Aromatherapy, I will always strive to find better alternatives so that I can keep doing my bit for the environment in business, just as I would in my own life.
